Unlike ASB national conference, which is on a first-come, first serve basis, presenters for this event are hand-selected based on relationship, product mix, volume and unique services. This approach allows us to build a diverse representation of partners for our attending sales associates. If you have interest and budget allocated, reach out and let’s discuss next steps.
Presenter Package | $13,000
Package Includes:
4-night hotel ( bedroom attached to presenter suite; separated by a door)
Scheduled meals and activities for 1-person
Resort Day - this is a full day prior to meetings to enjoy the resort and area with attendees. We encourage you to plan an excursion or outing with our sales associates - or spend time on property. This is an exciting opportunity to create even more connection.

Event Structure
20 Minute Suite Meetings:
There are a total of 36 presenting vendor partners.
Over the course of 2 days, you will conduct 24 pre-assigned scheduled meetings with our qualified sales associates.
You will have these formal meetings with approximately 2/3 of total ASB attendees. You will have the opportunity to engage with all during resort day, meals and activities.
As we continue to grow, attendances grows as well! This new structure allows us to scale the event up without having to compromise connection.
ASB attendees will have the option to schedule virtual meetings with the vendors they didn’t have in-person meetings with.
Product Sponsorships
We approach event branding with meticulous detail and care. Not just because we want it to look good, but because we’re creating a real-world case study in how merch and print can bring an event to life within various settings. This is your opportunity to showcase how your product plays a role in that.
We have plenty of product needs and ways to participate. From our pre-event Hype Box or products featured throughout the event such as lanyards, bags, journals, writing instruments, etc. Please reach out if you’re interested in consideration.
Summit Hype Box
This hype box is meant to engage qualifying attendees before they step foot on property. Prior to the event, our team merchandises a collection of products and apparel, all branded for the event, that is shipped to attendees a couple weeks before they attend. Recipients share on social media and are able to pack their items in preparation for Summit.

Typical threshold for these engagements range from $4,000-8,000.
Presentation room not included; however, you have the opportunity to attend the full event and connect with attendees during Resort Day, meals, and any other downtime throughout the week.
